Letter of condolence from M. Jacques CHIRAC, President of the Republic, to His Majesty Bhumibol ADULYADEJ, King of Thailand, following the floods

I was deeply shocked to learn of the heavy death toll from the floods in several northern provinces of Thailand.

In these painful circumstances, I want to extend to Your Majesty my most sincere condolences and ask You kindly to convey them, with my heartfelt sympathy, to the bereaved.
